Mariano's hospitality truly elevated our experience. The Suite with Balcony was impeccably clean, featuring two separate bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with an extra-large shower. The stay at Suites in Sorrento impressed me with several details. My room, the Suite with Balcony, featured two bedrooms and was exceptionally clean. The bathroom offered an extra large shower with a spacious shower head, although the water pressure could be better. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The hotel thoughtfully provided plastic cutlery kits and snacks in the common area, which was a nice touch. However, some noise from nearby guests was noticeable at times, impacting my overall comfort. The building isn’t soundproof, allowing road noise to seep in as well. The location was great, just a short walk to the center, making it easy to explore the area while still offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle.

The elevator was out of commission, leading to some inconvenience, and noise from the cleaning staff in the mornings disrupted sleep a bit. Additionally, the walls thin enough to let in noise from neighboring guests, which could be bothersome at times.

The location was a delightful blend of quiet surroundings and convenient accessibility to the heart of Sorrento, especially with the manager's handy shortcut tip.
